All toys will be inspected prior to ensure quality! Returns will be on a case-by-case basis. But customers are highly encouraged to take an unboxing video when receiving their parcel as proof of the toy's condition upon arrival.

If you ordered during one of my Livestreams, please take a screen recording of the initial unboxing. Customers will be responsible for providing screenshots and proof of the condition of the toy before and after arrival.
